As the nights draw in so it appears, does Covid. With the Scottish Government consulting on additional measures to help suppress the spread of Covid, at Ethical Futures we continue to be cautious about our business policy. Since late September we have embarked on a process of gradual return to the office. This means that the office is open and at least one member of the administration team will be there between the hours of 10 am – 4 pm.
Our default approach to new client engagement and on-going reviews remains a web call or phone call. However, we are now holding ‘in person’ meetings with clients by appointment. Please contact your adviser directly about arranging such a meeting, as we will not always have an adviser present in the office. If attending for a meeting, we ask that you take a lateral flow test within the 24 hours prior to your meeting and that you only attend if a negative result is given. Your adviser will do the same.
Given on-going uncertainty and the Scottish Government's re-emphasis on working from home when possible, we expect to continue in this mode for the next three months and then review in the spring of 2022.
