Happy Birthday Ethical Futures!

My how time flies…….on September 19th, Ethical Futures celebrated its 10th year in business. We have come a long way in that time, growing organically and helping well over 1,000 people make their money change their worlds. We would like to thank all of the staff and clients for their support.

From modest beginnings with just Martin and Julian and the part-time support of Emma Todd, we have grown in size and stature to become one of the leading providers of ethical financial planning and advice in Scotland and an influential organisation in the UK ethical market.

Over the years we have advised many clients (private clients as well as Trust, charities and employers) as to how to align their ethical values with their financial objectives. This wouldn’t have been possible without the growing team of support staff – so a roll call and thank go to the staff that have helped us over the years: Emma, Kay, Jackie, Corrine, Saskia and of course our current team of Daniel, Fiona, Ciaran and Andy – not forgetting the latest temporary recruit – Viktorija.

We are now looking forward to the next ten years and beyond. As part of that process, we are reviewing what services we can offer clients, how to extend our advice into the growing area of social impact and most importantly how to keep our clients engaged and informed with the important impact that their investments are having. Lookout therefore, in the not too distant future, for a new website, better communications and if you haven’t seen it already – our growing Facebook and Twitter presence.

Here’s looking forward to 19th September 2025!
