By now you will be aware of the various strikes happening across the country. Today we received notice of strike action by the Communication Workers Union (CWU). Members of this union collect, sort and deliver letters and parcels on behalf of the Royal Mail.
The strikes are due to occur on the following dates:
- Friday 26th August
- Wednesday 31st August
- Thursday 8th September
- Friday 9th September
Unfortunately this will affect our advice process as we still rely on postal mail for elements of our service. We hope that you understand any delays are outwith our control and therefore ask that you have patience during this time. We expect to experience disruption until around the third week of September.
